Hi! I’m Emily, founder of Emily Health & Wellness (EHW) and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
I believe that true wellness goes beyond just food and exercise—it’s about the balance of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Every individual has unique bio-individual needs, and my mission is to help you discover what works best for you.
My Journey & Why I Can Help You
For years, I was negatively impacted by diet culture, resulting in a poor relationship to food, an all-or-nothing mindset, and obsessive thoughts about food and exercise. The pressure to be perfect—to eat clean every meal, avoid sensitivities, and keep up with the latest health trends—left me feeling exhausted, stressed, and disconnected from my body. I know firsthand how frustrating and overwhelming this journey can feel. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
Through my personal experiences and years of learning, I’ve redefined my relationship with health. Movement is no longer about burning calories but about challenging myself physically and mentally—whether it’s Pilates, long walks, or finding my rhythm in a favorite workout class. Food is no longer a source of guilt but a way to nourish my body while still enjoying life’s pleasures—exploring new restaurants, grocery shopping with excitement, and creating healthier alternatives in the kitchen.
